Data Operations Specialist
As a Data Operations Specialist at our dynamic eCommerce company, you will be at the heart of our technological infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a background as a data engineer and a strong passion for technology, eager to work with a variety of tech stacks including Larksuite, Ads Platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), Shopify, and Amazon. You will work closely with the CEO to optimize data across all platforms and redesign workflows for efficiency and automation.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Optimize and manage data across various platforms, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Work directly with the CEO to redesign workflows, implement automation, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Actively engage with multiple tech stacks such as n8n, AnyCross, Larksuite, Ads Platforms, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop to enhance business operations.
Collaborate with different departments to integrate and streamline technology solutions that support business goals.
Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and eCommerce trends to continually improve operations.

Achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency and data optimization.
Successfully implement technological solutions that support the company's strategic goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data operations department.
Skills and Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, ideally in eCommerce or tech industries.
Proficiency in working with various tech stacks such as Larksuite, Ads Platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), Shopify, and Amazon.
Proven track record of improving processes and implementing successful tech solutions.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, can run at least 20km/week.
