Talent Acquisition Trainee

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Trainee position is a hands-on role designed to support our People department in multiple areas, especially Employer Branding and Recruitment. As an Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will help ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, contribute to promoting our company culture and brand to potential candidates, and assist with day-to-day HR operations. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain real-world HR experience and make an impactful contribution to our team and company culture.

General Information

  • Internship Duration: Full-time, 6 months

  • Working Hours:

    • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break)

    • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Culture Activity & Weekly Review)

  • Working Location: On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting both recruitment operations and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talents for PATI Group.

1. Recruitment Support (30%)

  • Assist in job posting, resume screening, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling.

  • Join interviews to take notes and help consolidate candidate assessments.

  • Maintain and update the internal candidate database and hiring reports.

2. Employer Branding Development (70%)

  • Brainstorm and execute engaging recruitment marketing content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, TikTok, etc.

  • Collaborate on employer branding events and activities such as job fairs, career talks, and online mini-games.

  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback to enhance the candidate experience.

  • Support the HR team in developing EB materials such as brochures, banners, intro videos, and recruitment identity kits.

What We’re Looking For

1. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields. Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, with a passion for innovation and tech trends.

  • Excellent writing skills, aesthetic sense, and creativity in content development.

  • Familiar with social media platforms and basic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus (or willingness to learn).
