Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can transform community insights and brand stories into engaging, high-impact content.
This role requires not only creativity but also system thinking - the ability to build a consistent content engine that grows our brand presence across multiple channels.

You will work closely with internal teams to source authentic stories, repurpose them into multi-platform assets, and continuously optimize content performance through data and experimentation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Content Sourcing & Repurposing

  • Source authentic content ideas from Discord threads, AMAs, and member stories.

  • Repurpose content into blogs, Facebook Group posts, and internal platforms (Kit, etc.) with brand consistency.

  • Prepare and format content files (copy + visuals) for automated distribution via social or email channels.

2. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track post engagement and report weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, conversions).

  • Suggest and implement data-driven improvements to enhance audience engagement and content direction.

3. Content System & Workflow Management

  • Support the development of a content repurposing framework to increase efficiency and brand consistency.

  • Collaborate with marketing, CX, and creative teams to ensure alignment on tone, message, and visual identity.

4. Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Coordinate with other members (e.g., designers, writers) to deliver 20+ repurposed assets per week.

  • Support the training and onboarding of junior content members.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media / Content Marketing / Digital Agency roles.

  • Proven success in building and managing the social media presence for at least 01 brand for a minimum of 1 year.

  • Strong command of tools such as Canva and CapCut.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above.

  • Excellent communication skills and a systematic mindset - able to plan, structure, and repurpose content strategically.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience managing community engagement (Discord, Facebook Group, or online communities).

  • Basic knowledge of content automation and performance reporting tools.

  • Passion for storytelling, brand building, and long-term content strategy.

Working Conditions

  • Location: On-site, 18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

  • Hours:

    • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

    • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 09:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.
