Job Summary

To achieve our mission, bold and performance-driven content is at the core of our growth. That’s why we’re looking for a sharp and creative Content Creator to craft short-form video ads for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. If you know how to sell through storytelling, write hooks that stop the scroll, and build content that scales — the Content Creator role at PATI Group could be your next big move.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

1. Create Short-Form Content That Converts (80%)

  • Write scroll-stopping hooks, persuasive CTAs, and story angles that drive paid performance.

  • Take ownership of producing 2–3 high-impact short video ads per day — from scripting to editing.

  • Repurpose reviews, briefs, and product claims into scroll-stopping video assets.

  • Collaborate closely with Creative Strategist and Marketing team to optimize ROAS and scale what works.

2. Research & Creative Strategy (20%)

  • Study top-performing DTC ads in the health & wellness space and extract actionable insights.

  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and creative angles that convert across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Brainstorm and pitch 3–5 fresh, high-converting video ideas daily to fuel our content pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Competencies

  • Good command of English (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5.

  • Video Editing Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in creating high-performing short-form content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

  • Proven skills in:

    • Content creation – Strong hooks, engaging scripts, and scroll-stopping captions.

    • Short-form video editing – Proficiency in CapCut or equivalent tools.

    • Basic graphic design – Able to produce visuals using Canva or similar platforms.

  • Platform Fluency: Understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels - about how they work, what pops, and what flops.

  • Experience managing or scaling a short-form video channel built on strategic content — shows insight, storytelling, or clear value, not just trend replication.

  • Nice to have: Experience producing content for ads or working with direct-response/DTC brands.

Working Location

  • On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

  • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.
