As part of this exciting journey, we are looking for a Video Editor to craft engaging, high-performing video content that drives customer engagement and boosts sales. Job summary
As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in creating video content tailored for social media and performance marketing campaigns. Collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll bring creative ideas to life through polished, platform-specific videos. Your goal is to deliver high-converting content that resonates with audiences and supports the company’s growth.
How We Measure Success
Content Performance: Deliver 10-15 high-converting short-form videos per month, optimized for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
Engagement Metrics: Ensure videos achieve a minimum engagement rate of 5% and contribute to campaign sales conversions.
Trend Integration: Incorporate at least 3 new video trends or techniques per quarter to keep content fresh and engaging.
Efficiency: Meet 100% of project deadlines, delivering polished content within tight schedules.
Collaboration: Maintain a 90% approval rate for initial video drafts, showcasing creativity and alignment with brand guidelines.
Team Management
Reports to: Creative Manager
Career Path: Fast-track promotion to Creative Strategist or Creative Manager/Director based on results.
Team Vision 2025: Expand Creative team's capabilities with 03-04 Video Editors + 02 Senior Influencer Marketing Associates + 01 Creative Manager to drive excellence.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Performance-Driven Editing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine high-performing video ads based on campaign data and insights.
Video Production: Edit short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
Adaptability and Innovation: Adopt new tools and techniques, incorporating creative approaches to enhance video storytelling.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams to align video content with goals, integrating feedback constructively to deliver high-quality results.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Competencies
Video Editing Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in editing short-form marketing videos with a strong portfolio of winning ad creatives that drove conversions.
Platform Proficiency: Skilled in editing for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels, with a deep understanding of their unique content requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CapCut and other editing tools; familiarity with automation workflows in video production is a plus.
D2C Market Knowledge: Experience working with D2C brands targeting the U.S. market is highly preferred.

Trend Awareness: Constantly updated on video trends and audience preferences.
Adaptability: Open to learning new tools and techniques to enhance video production.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Competitive salary (11,000,000 - 17,500,000 VND) + performance bonuses of up to 10 months’ salary based on results.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
