JOB SUMMARY

Every hiring decision you make will contribute directly to shaping PATI’s future leadership team. You’ll work closely with the HRBP Manager, CEO, and department heads in a fast-moving, barrier-free environment where ideas become action.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for Senior, Leadership, and Key positions across strategic departments (Marketing, Affiliate & Community, Customer Support & Fulfillment, People & Operation, Finance & Accounting).

  • Partner with hiring managers end-to-end: from hiring needs analysis, JD creation, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.

  • Develop and optimize recruitment strategies and channels, including LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and niche professional communities.

  • Launch creative hiring campaigns such as Talent Mapping, Employer Branding initiatives, and Talent Pool development.

2. Organizational Culture Development

  • Support the creation and promotion of PATI’s unique culture by organizing team bonding activities, internal events, and culture-driven initiatives.

  • Propose and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.

  • Contribute to talent development programs such as the “Thủ Khoa” recruitment campaign, mentorship programs, and internal training initiatives.

3. Your Credentials:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, Service industries, or fast-growing environments.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or the dietary supplement industry is a plus.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary range (20M – 27M VND/month) + monthly bonus (5M VND) + Performance bonus up to 10 months’ salary.

  • Employee Type: Full-time, On-site

  • Report directly to: HRBP Manager

  • Working Hours:

    • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.

    • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.

  • Working Location: 18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
