To drive our global marketing efforts, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Associate to spearhead our influencer strategies and campaigns.
Job summary
As an Senior Influencer Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in crafting and executing influencer marketing strategies that amplify our brands' visibility and drive engagement. Collaborating with a global network of influencers, you will lead the entire process—from strategy development to campaign execution and performance analysis. How We Measure Success
Execute 4-6 successful influencer campaigns per quarter, delivering high-quality content on schedule..
Identify and onboard at least 5 emerging influencers or platforms per month that align with future campaign objectives.
Deliver 10-15 pieces of influencer-generated content per month that align with the brand’s guidelines and campaign goals.
Influencer Partnerships: Build and maintain a portfolio of 20+ global influencers with long-term collaboration potential by the end of the H12025
Team Management
Reports to: Creative Manager
Career Path: Fast-track promotion to Creative Manager/Director based on results.
Current Team Dynamic: 02 Video Editors + 01 Creative Manager
Team Vision 2025: Expand Creative team's capabilities with 03-04 Video Editors + 02 Senior Influencer Marketing Associates + 01 Creative Manager to drive excellence.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop influencer strategies aligned with marketing goals, identifying trends and suitable global influencers for targeted collaborations.
Outreach and Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating collaboration terms and ensuring smooth communication.
Content Coordination and Creation: Provide creative briefs and collaborate with influencers and video editors to produce content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, monitor performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, identify emerging influencers, and propose innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Competencies
Influencer Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of proven track record of working with KOLs, KOCs, creators, with a strong understanding of influencer trends and content strategy.
English Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English
Creative Direction: Ability to craft compelling creative briefs, analyze, and provide feedback on influencer-generated content.
Trend Awareness: In-depth familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Keeps updated on global trends and tailors strategies accordingly.
SOP & Project Management: Experienced in establishing and following SOP for briefing, content approval, and campaign execution. Proficient in scheduling, task prioritization, and milestone tracking. Maintains clear documentation of workflows and enforces compliance measures.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of design principles and branding.
Video Editing Tools: Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar platforms.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Competitive salary (11,000,000 - 17,500,000 VND) + performance bonuses of up to 10 months’ salary based on results.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
