At PATI Group, influencers play a big role in how we grow around the world. Be our Influencer Marketing specialist, you will get the chance to connect with international influencers/KOLs/KOCs, create high-performing UGC campaigns that drive real sales, and learn from top-performing creative and media teams.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Campaign Execution (70%)
Source, brief, and manage influencers to create content that’s focused on driving sales, not just getting engagement.
Coordinate with 10 or more influencers per campaign, making sure communication is smooth and deadlines are met.
Negotiate for better rates, content rights, and timelines to get the most value from each partnership.
Build and keep an updated influencer database, including past performance data and content quality for future use.
2. Campaign Strategy & Reporting (30%)
Work with Creative team and Marketing team to spot content gaps and fill them with the right influencer content.
Review campaign results and explain what worked, what didn’t, and why — focusing on real outcomes like conversions rather than just likes or views.
Plan and allocate budgets smartly based on expected performance and ROI.
Share learnings from each campaign to help scale the best-performing influencers and content ideas going forward.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Competencies
English Proficiency: Fluent and confident in using both written and spoken.
Influencer Marketing Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in working with KOLs, KOCs, creators, with a strong understanding of influencer trends and content strategy.
Proven ability in:
Briefing creators, collecting usable content, and shortening turnaround time.
Understanding key metrics, like: reach, engagement, ROI,….
Trend Awareness: In-depth familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Keeps updated on global trends and tailors strategies accordingly.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of design principles and branding.
Video Editing Tools: Proficiency in tools like CapCut (or similar).
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience scaling ambassador or affiliate programs via TikTok or Instagram creators.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Competitive salary (11,000,000 - 17,500,000 VND) + performance bonuses of up to 10 months’ salary based on results.

Working Location
On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections — mind, body, and momentum aligned.
