As part of our ambitious journey, we are looking for a tech-savvy Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive innovation in HR practices through AI and automation. Job summary
As our HRBP, you won’t just be “in HR” — you’ll be a strategic partner to leadership, shaping the workforce that powers our rapid growth. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning. Your goal: align HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performing, engaged, and scalable workforce.
How We Measure Success
Talent Acquisition Efficiency: Recruit 15-20 top talents (5+ years of experience) within a year, reducing time-to-hire to 30 days or less.
Learning & Development Impact: Host at least 40 weekly training sessions on company culture, AI/automation, and SOPs to improve employee performance.
Performance Management: Oversee quarterly performance tracking with 100% participation, ensuring measurable productivity gains.
HR Automation: Roll out at least 2 automated workflows per quarter, reducing manual HR tasks by 20% annually.
Team Management
Reports to: CEO
Career Path: Fast-track promotion to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based on results.
Team Vision 2025: Expand HR capabilities with 2 Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists driving excellence.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Work directly with leadership to align workforce strategies with revenue and scaling objectives.
Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the company adapts seamlessly to growth.
Talent Acquisition and Management
Build and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Elevate onboarding programs, ensuring employees are seamlessly integrated into our culture and operations.
Establish talent management practices to identify future leaders and build a robust succession pipeline.
Employee Engagement and Retention
Craft initiatives that boost morale and loyalty, aiming to maintain a turnover rate below 10%.
Organize innovative team-building events and wellness programs to create a workplace employees rave about.
Policy Development and Compliance
Develop policies that are not just compliant with Vietnamese labor laws but also set new benchmarks for fairness and transparency.
Regularly review and update procedures to reflect evolving regulatory landscapes.
Learning and Development
Design impactful training programs, fostering both technical skills and leadership development.
Encourage a learning culture by providing continuous professional growth opportunities.
HR Automation and Innovation
Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline HR processes (e.g., payroll, performance management, and employee records).
Utilize AI-powered systems for employee self-service and queries.
Drive HR tech adoption across teams, measuring efficiency gains and operational improvements.

Your Credentials
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR, with at least 3 years as an HRBP or similar strategic role.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or the dietary supplement industry is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Competitive salary (25,000,000 - 37,000,000 VND) + performance bonuses of up to 10 months’ salary based on results.

Working Location
On-site, 152 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (most employees stay until 8:00 PM).
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
