As we continue our rapid growth trajectory, we're seeking a visionary Senior Affiliate Growth (DTC e-Commerce Business) to support our affiliate marketing efforts and drive us towards these goals.

About the Role

PATI GROUP is looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager to hunt, recruit, and manage affiliates across Discord, Twitter (X), TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. This role is not just about finding affiliates - it’s about keeping them engaged, motivated, and performing at their best.

Your job is to actively recruit high-potential affiliates, drive daily engagement using FOMO strategies, and ensure affiliates stay ahead of the game with the latest trends in content creation and marketing.

How We Measure Success

  • Affiliate member Target: On-board and working with a community of 10k+ Affiliate by 2025

  • Affiliate Content & Performance: Ensure 15-20 high-quality, affiliate-generated videos per month, optimized for conversions.

  • Monetization & Revenue Impact: Drive at least 10% month-over-month growth in affiliate-driven sales, tracking and optimizing performance based on key data insights.

  • By the end of 2025 revenue from Affiliate: $3M

Team Management

  • Reports to: Affiliate Manager and CEO.

  • Career Path: Affiliate Growth Manager.

  • Current team dynamic: 5 affiliate & Community team members, working with cross-functional Influencer Marketing team of 4 and 4 marketing operators.

  • Expected team size by 2025: 15 Affiliate & Community members (13 in-house affiliates and 2 Senior Associates).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hunt & Recruit Affiliates (Primary Focus)

  • Aggressively recruit & onboard affiliates on Discord, Twitter (X), TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

  • Use urgency & social proof to attract top-tier creators - make them feel they NEED to join now rather than later.

  • Develop a structured outreach strategy to consistently bring in high-performing affiliates.

  • Track and improve recruitment funnel conversion rates to scale efficiently.

  1. Engage & Motivate Affiliates (Retention + Performance Growth)

  • Keep affiliates engaged DAILY - this is not just a “recruit & forget” role.

  • Leverage FOMO:

    • Share real-time success stories, earnings, and viral content from top-performing affiliates.

    • Showcase leaderboards and friendly competition to drive engagement.

    • Run exclusive contests & time-sensitive challenges to push action.

  • Provide ongoing guidance & support - ensure affiliates get what they need to succeed & scale.

  1. Stay Ahead of Trends & Optimize Affiliate Performance

  • Monitor and identify viral content trends, editing styles, and algorithm updates across platforms.

  • Train affiliates on high-performing content strategies - what’s working, what’s not, and how they can improve.

  • Work with internal teams to provide affiliates with the right tools, content, and incentives.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer recruitment, or creator partnerships.

  • Proven ability to recruit & engage affiliates - you know how to attract, excite, and retain them.

  • Deep understanding of Discord, Twitter (X), TikTok, and social media growth strategies.

  • Master of FOMO & hype-building - you know how to make people excited to take action.

  • Data-driven mindset track trends, optimize outreach, and improve performance.

  • Fast learner & self-starter - always testing new ideas and looking for ways to scale recruitment.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Regional Experience: Experience with U.S. or EU e-commerce markets.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with Discord set up and Up-Promote management

  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential, as our office operates in a 100% English-speaking environment. An IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: Competitive salary (11,000,000 - 17,500,000 VND).

  • Performance Bonuses:

    • Monthly Bonus: If the team achieves a $1M net profit target, bonuses of $2K-$3K are paid monthly.

    • Annual Bonus: This can be up to 10 months of salary, based on performance measured by net profit, SOP, and adherence to cultural key behaviors.

  • On-site, 18A Street Number 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
