Position: Performance Marketing (Technical & Data-Driven)
2 Seniors (> 5 years exp)
1 Fresher/Junior (< 2 years exp)
What You Control:
$600K+ Annual Ad Budget across Meta, Google, TikTok (US/EU/AU).
Full Funnel Ownership – From cold traffic to LTV optimization.
ROAS & Net Profit Responsibility – You own the numbers; we provide the resources.
System Integrity – Pixel, CAPI, GA4 tracking must be 99%+ accurate.
Strategic Autonomy – Campaign strategy, budget pacing, and creative briefs are yours.
The Mission: You are not here to “run ads.” You are here to architect a performance machine capable of predictable scaling based on data, not guesswork.
Specific Outcomes:
Precision Scaling: Increase monthly spend from $40K → $80K while maintaining ROAS > 2.0.
Find “Winning Pockets”: Use cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and CAC breakdown to find what truly works.
Protect the System: Keep tracking infrastructure (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) running perfectly.
Crisis Management: Navigate ad bans, policy violations, and iOS attribution issues without breaking cash flow.
Build Leverage: Create frameworks and train Juniors to multiply your impact. This role is where Pure Mathematics meets Marketing Warfare.
2. CREATIVE TRACK
Position: Performance Creative (AI & Video Focus)
2 Seniors (> 5 years exp)
6 Trainees (0 - 1 year exp)
What You Control:
100+ Video Ad Variations/Month – High-volume production powered by AI.
Hook Rate & Hold Rate Targets – >30% hook, >50% hold at 3 seconds.
AI Workflow Architecture – You design how the team uses Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs.
Creative Performance Analysis – CTR, Thumbstop Ratio, CR drive optimization.
Team Multiplication – Train Trainees to execute your vision.
The Mission: You are not a “Video Editor.” You are a Creative Systems Architect, using AI to produce ads that stop the scroll and drive purchases at impossible speeds.
Specific Outcomes:
Produce Winners: 20+ test variations weekly (Concept → Script → Video → Launch).
Hit Benchmarks: 30%+ Hook Rate on at least 3 winning ads monthly.
Build Systems: Create Frameworks, Templates, and Prompts for Trainees.
Data-Driven: Analyze metrics to kill bad ads fast and scale good ones.
3. OPERATIONS TRACK
Position: Customer Experience & Fulfillment
1 Senior (2 - 3 years exp) – Customer Service Executive (Back-End Lead)
1 Fresher (0 - 1 year exp) – Order Fulfillment & Admin
What You Control:
Customer Lifecycle – From first complaint to loyal repeat buyer.
Dispute Resolution – Win PayPal/Stripe chargebacks at rates exceeding industry averages.
Fulfillment Accuracy – Process 150-500 orders/day with <0.1% error rate.
Crisis Response – Handle order issues, shipping delays, etc.
The Mission: You are not “Customer Support.” You are the Last Line of Defense for Revenue Retention and the First Line of Offense for Customer Loyalty. Every won chargeback is net profit. Every resolved complaint is a returning customer. This is where Empathy meets Economics.
THE CAREER PATH
