As a Senior Media Producer / Video Editor, you will take the lead in crafting conversion-driven media that doesn’t just look great — it sells. From attention-grabbing ad creatives to influencer-style social videos, your work will directly impact our ad performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and the speed of creative testing.

  • Edit with Edge: Use bold transitions, AI workflows, and new tools to keep content fresh, scroll-breaking, and on-brand.

2. Ideation (30%)

  • Spot Trends Before They Pop:

    • Research viral formats, hooks, sounds, and styles across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
