Marketing Operations & Strategy Manager

As a Marketing Operations & Strategy Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our skincare and supplement brands across multiple platforms: DTC website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. With 2 years of experience in marketing operations and strategy, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing efforts to ensure the efficient execution of our campaigns and the achievement of our business goals.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations and strategy, ideally in the e-commerce and tech industries.

  • Proven capability in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies, and effectively coordinating with vendors and agencies.

  • Solid grasp of marketing automation tools and digital marketing strategies, or a proven ability to quickly learn and leverage new Shopify SaaS Apps, Amazon Seller Central, or TikTok Seller Central, etc.

  • A robust foundation in digital marketing, with skills spanning content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with a knack for clear and persuasive presentation of marketing strategies and results.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn swiftly, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and adapt to new marketing platforms and technologies.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure that marketing operations are in alignment with the broader business objectives.

  • An analytical mindset, with experience in using digital analytics tools to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.

  • Strong leadership skills with ideally prior experience in managing outsourced agencies. Candidates need to provide proof of record of how they can increase their own team performance.

  • A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, can run at least 20km/week.
