Job Summary
Are you ready to take the lead in scaling a high-potential e-commerce brand to the next level?
PATI Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to spearhead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth across the Men’s Health and Women’s Health collections. In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end DTC performance, and be the strategic driver behind our ambitious goal of reaching $50M in annual revenue within the next 2–3 years. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and is ready to make a real difference.
Core Responsibilities
Team Growth: Collaborate with Marketing Operations team of 2-3 to drive DTC growth by 2025.
Agencies Management: Manage performance agencies (Email, Google Ads, Amazon) to drive growth.
Product Launch Success: Work cross functionally with different stakeholders (Web Dev, UI Graphic Designer, and Creative team) to prepare for product launch, optimization, and scale.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience with a strong track record in DTC e-commerce marketing.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, TikTok Ads, and CRO tools.
Demonstrate strong action-oriented thinking (HOW) and strategic thinking (WHY) in decision-making.
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and performance measurement dashboards.
Candidate Type: Plug-and-Play candidate only; no room for "potential" candidates with no practical experience.

Growth Experience: Experience working in hyper-growth environments or startups scaling from Series A to Series C.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: 25,000,000 - 32,000,000 VND/month.
Performance Bonuses:
Monthly Bonus: If the team achieves a $1M net profit target, bonuses of $1K-$3K are paid monthly.
Annual Bonus: This can be up to 10 months of salary, based on performance measured by net profit, SOP, and adherence to cultural key behaviors.
Equity Offer: Potential to transition into a Head of Media / Marketing Director role with an equity offer.
Team Management
Reports to: CEO.
Career Path: Potential promotion to Head of Media / Marketing Director based on performance.
Current team dynamic: 3 Marketing Operators, working with cross-functional Creative team and 4 performance marketing agencies.
Expected team size by 2025: 10 Marketing Operators (3 Assistant Managers and 7 Senior Associates).
Working Location
On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.
