Job Summary

As a Livestreamer with a focus on TikTok, your primary role will be to engage and captivate our audience through live streaming sessions on TikTok, with the objective of driving sales on TikTok Shop. You will play a crucial role in showcasing products from e-commerce brands, using your charisma and expertise to convert viewers into customers.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Host and manage live streaming sessions specifically on TikTok, focusing on product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and engaging narratives to drive sales.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement live content strategies that effectively promote brand products and increase sales on TikTok Shop.

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in TikTok live streaming to continuously optimize viewer engagement and sales conversion.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with innovative ideas for live-streaming content.

  • Regularly analyze performance metrics to understand viewer preferences and adjust strategies accordingly.

Performance Goals

  • Consistently increase sales through TikTok Shop via engaging and effective live streams.

  • Build and maintain a strong follower base on TikTok, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency, with strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Preferably experienced in livestreaming, TV presenting, or teaching.

  • Proactive in learning and adapting to new trends and techniques in live streaming and e-commerce.

  • Strong leadership skills with ideally prior experience in managing outsourced agencies. Candidates need to provide proof of record of how they can increase their own team performance.

  • A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle can run at least 20km/week.
