Job Summary

The HR Intern position is a hands-on role designed to support our People department in multiple areas, especially Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Administration. As an HR Intern, you will help ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, contribute to promoting our company culture and brand to potential candidates, and assist with day-to-day HR operations. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain real-world HR experience and make an impactful contribution to our team and company culture.

General Information

  • Department: People (HR)

  • Internship Duration: 6 months

  • Working Hours:

    • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break)

    • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Running & Weekly Review)

  • Working Location: On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with the recruitment process, such as:

    • Post job openings on various platforms and screening CVs to identify qualified candidates.

    • Conduct preliminary phone screenings with shortlisted candidates to assess suitability and alignment with job requirements.

    • Manage and schedule interview arrangements, ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and Hiring Managers.

    • Record, organize, and manage recruitment data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Employer Branding: to promote the company’s culture and employer brand, you will:

    • Help create and share engaging content on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn,...) and career sites.

    • Assist in executing employer branding campaigns, and engage with potential candidates online.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth welcome experience.

    • Coordinating office activities and events as needed.

    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Senior or graduated students who can commit a full-time internship.

  • Strong interest in the Human Resources field, specifically in Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on high-technology trends.

  • Good command of English (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external candidates.

  • A positive, “can do” attitude with proactive learning behavior.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR tools (or willingness to learn).
