Job summary

As an Email Marketing + Content Associate, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales. Leveraging platforms like Klavyio, Omnisend, and other Retention Apps, you will craft personalized and impactful email communications. Beyond email, you will create educational content, including blog posts and resources, to inform customers and support our internal customer experience team. This role demands creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of customer behavior to align with PATI Group’s aggressive growth objectives.

How We Measure Success

Success in this role is defined by ambitious, measurable outcomes that reflect PATI Group’s rapid growth trajectory:

  • Execute 100 email campaigns per month, achieving or surpassing target metrics: 20% open rates, 5% click-through rates, and strong conversion rates.

  • Grow the email list by 10% monthly through strategic list-building initiatives.

  • Drive at least 30% of monthly revenue through email campaigns, significantly contributing to overall sales goals.

  • Maintain high deliverability and low unsubscribe rates to ensure sustained customer engagement.

  • Produce 8 blog posts per month on our website to educate customers about our supplement products.

  • Develop and organize educational content for both our internal customer experience team and external customers.

These targets are intentionally bold to match PATI Group’s dynamic expansion, with flexibility to adjust based on performance and market conditions.

Team Management

  • Reports Directly To: CEO. Previously part of the Marketing Operations team, email marketing has been spun off into a standalone Retention team due to its growing strategic importance.

  • Career Path: Opportunity for fast-track promotion to Retention Strategist based on demonstrated results.

  • Team Vision 2025: Expand the Retention team to include 02 Associates/Managers, building a robust framework to support long-term customer retention and growth.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Email Strategy Development: Design and execute email marketing strategies that align with PATI Group’s goals, focusing on customer retention, education, and sales growth for our dietary supplement offerings.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end email campaign execution using Klavyio, Omnisend, and other Retention Apps, implementing personalized sequences for key customer lifecycle stages (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, re-engagement).

  • Content Creation: Write engaging email copy and produce 8 monthly blog posts for the website, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, educates customers, and drives product interest. Develop additional educational materials for internal teams and external audiences.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue) and content engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

  • List Management: Manage email lists, including segmentation, hygiene, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), critical for our global reach.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer experience team, product team, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of email marketing and content trends, leveraging insights to propose innovative approaches that keep PATI Group competitive.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Competencies

  • Experience: 1-3 years in email marketing, with proven expertise in Klavyio, Omnisend, and ideally other Retention Apps, plus experience in content creation (e.g., blog writing or educational materials).

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of email marketing platforms and best practices, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.

  • Content Skills: Ability to write clear, compelling, and customer-focused content, with a knack for translating complex supplement benefits into accessible language.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing campaign and content performance data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to support global campaigns and internal collaboration.

  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects—100 campaigns and 8 blogs monthly—in a fast-paced environment, with excellent prioritization and time management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Design Basics: Familiarity with email design tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) or content platforms to enhance visual appeal.

  • Retention Expertise: Experience with broader retention strategies beyond email, such as loyalty programs or SMS marketing.

  • Supplement Knowledge: Understanding of the dietary supplement industry or DTC e-commerce to better tailor content and campaigns.

  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop standout email and content strategies that differentiate PATI Group.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary:

    • Junior Associate (A1): For candidates with 1 year of experience, a competitive salary of 7,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND monthly, plus performance-based bonuses of up to 10 months’ salary.

    • Senior Associate (A2-A3): For those with 2-3 years of experience, a salary range of 9,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND monthly, with the same generous bonus potential tied to results.
