Job Summary

We’re looking for a Content Creator Intern who’s ready to dive into the exciting world of short-form videos, affiliate marketing, and community management. You’ll work directly with DAD - An ecosystem that connects, manages and transforms affiliates into top earners through exclusive strategies, high-commission opportunities, and insider tactics.

Get hands-on experience creating high-converting videos for TikTok, Shorts, and more, while mastering Discord growth techniques to scale our affiliate community. You’ll learn the high-demand skills of MMO world so don't miss out on the chance to level up and make an impact. This is where your journey starts!

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You’ll get a step-by-step guide to clone high-converting videos, master reposting techniques, and learn editing skills that drive results - whether it’s converting members or affiliate sales.

  • Supporting the team in growing and managing social accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Discord by preparing, posting content, and seeding posts using various accounts to increase visibility and engagement.

  • Creating high-quality, convertible videos on short-form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels, etc.) using CapCut.

  • Gaining access to larger Discord communities about affiliate to study and adapt successful strategies for our affiliate community.

  • Researching new trends and implementing them to enhance our community experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5

  • MUST HAVE an extra phone to target audiences from other countries and unlock bigger opportunities.

  • Proactive learning behavior: Learn + recap + practice follow the guidelines given by community manager.

  • Discipline in daily learning and posting content to have the urge to grow a short-form video channel

  • Research skill on provided topic/channel to find the new ways to promote the product through affiliate program.

  • Proficiency in using CapCut is a plus.

  • Experience using Discord, Twitter, TikTok and other social network platforms is a plus.

  • A positive, “can-do” attitude.
