Content Creator (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)

Job summary

As a Content Creator, you will scripting and recording valuable videos of products from Ecommerce Brands on short-form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels,...). You will expected to create engaging content that keeps the audience engaged. You will be responsible for implementing best-practices for social media content creation, which include engaging hooks and quality content that keeps people watching and wanting more.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Marketing team to make social content strategy about brand products of company.

  • Scripting and making high-quality videos for short-form platforms such as TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels,...

  • Researching new trends and best practices from TikTok to create content and optimize channels.

  • Participating and facilitating brainstorming sessions.

  • You need to achieve in 2 months probation: having viral videos and qualifying channels for brands.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.

  • Proficiency with CapCut, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Strong leadership skills with ideally prior experience in managing outsourced agencies. Candidates need to provide proof of record of how they can increase their own team performance.

  • A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, can run at least 20km/week.
