Job Summary
We’re looking for a Community Building Intern who’s ready to dive in and support our community while creating videos that actually convert! You’ll be at the heart of our Discord community, creating short-form videos that attract affiliates sales and grow our brand.
You’ll also be creating social media content to bring in new members and directly reaching out on Discord with our proven strategies. And the best part? About the Community - DAD - An ecosystem that connects, manages and transforms affiliates into top earners through exclusive strategies, high-commission opportunities, and insider tactics.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
You’ll get a step-by-step guide to clone high-converting videos, master reposting techniques, and learn editing skills that drive results - whether it’s converting members or affiliate sales.
Supporting the team in managing social accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Discord by preparing, posting content, and seeding posts using various accounts to increase visibility and engagement.
Creating high-quality, convertible videos on short-form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Facebook Reels, etc.) using CapCut.
Engaging actively and preparing content for our primary community platform: the Discord server, ensuring consistent activity, meaningful interactions, and valuable contributions that resonate with our audience.
Gaining access to larger Discord communities to study and adapt successful strategies for our community.
Researching new trends and implementing them to enhance our community experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5
MUST HAVE an extra phone to target audiences from other countries and unlock bigger opportunities.
Passionate about community building and social media affiliate.
Experience using Discord, Twitter, TikTok and other social network platforms.
Proficiency in using CapCut is a plus.
Proactive learning behavior: we encourage daily learning of skills that support your role and sharing insights with the team.
