As a Brand Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the reputation of our skincare and supplement brands. With 4-5 years of experience in brand management, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing powerful brand strategies and campaigns. Your capability to learn, adapt, and stay updated with industry trends will be essential to keep our brands competitive in the dynamic wellness market.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, and tech industries.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing and advertising techniques in the wellness industry.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, stay current with skincare and supplement market trends, and adapt to new marketing platforms.
Ability to work closely with content creators to ensure alignment of content with brand strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.
Strong leadership skills with ideally prior experience in managing outsourced agencies. Candidates need to provide proof of record of how they can increase their own team performance.
A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, can run at least 20km/week.
