We are seeking a highly skilled AI + Automation Manager to revolutionize our operations by leveraging cutting-edge generative AI tools, automation platforms, and advanced APIs. How We Measure Success
AI Integration + Automation Development: Deploy at least 2 advanced AI-powered solutions per quarter, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency + 2 basic automation workflow per week to save repetitive task
AI Adoption: Conduct at least 40 coaching sessions throughout the year to train and enable 100% of cross-functional teams in effectively utilizing generative AI tools, including text-to-text (ChatGPT (custom GPT), Perplexity), image-to-video, text-to-video, and automation platforms like Make.com and Airtable.
Innovation Leadership: Continuously implement cutting-edge AI/automation solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Reports to: CEO
Career Path: Potential promotion to Chief AI Officer (CAIO) based on performance and innovation impact.
Team Vision 2025: Build a tech-oriented team, including 1 AI + Automation Operator under your leadership.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
AI Strategy and Implementation
Develop and execute the company’s AI adoption roadmap, identifying opportunities for generative AI integration.
Build and optimize custom GPT models tailored to business needs, ensuring they deliver real-time, actionable insights.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools, ensuring PATI Group remains ahead of the competition.
Automation Workflow Development
Design and deploy scalable workflows using tools like Make.com, Airtable, or similar platforms to streamline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and automate manual processes, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain and enhance existing automations to adapt to evolving business needs.
API Development and Integration
Build and manage cost-efficient API connections to integrate systems and optimize data flow across departments.
Ensure all integrations are secure, scalable, and designed to minimize API usage by leveraging techniques like batch processing, webhooks, and caching.
Lead initiatives to expand the use of APIs for automation and synchronization while adhering to operational budgets.
Training and Enablement
Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on AI tools, automation platforms, and best practices.
Cultivate a culture of innovation by enabling employees to leverage AI in their daily roles.
Develop resources and guides to ensure consistent use of automation tools across teams.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation systems, making iterative improvements as needed.
Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of automation and AI on operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Collaborate with leadership to align technology solutions with strategic business goals.
Skills and Qualifications

Generative AI Expertise: Advanced knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, custom GPT models, and other generative AI platforms.
Automation Mastery: Proven track record of building workflows with tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
API Integration: Strong understanding of APIs, with experience in developing and managing integrations.
Tech Leadership: Ability to drive technology adoption across teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to measure the impact of AI and automation, ensuring continuous improvement.

Your Credentials
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ experience of working. At least 2 years of experience in AI tools, automation platforms, and API integration.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Competitive salary (25,000,000 - 37,000,000 VND) + performance bonuses up to 10 months’ salary based on results.

Working Conditions
Location: On-site at 152 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility for project deadlines).
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM for team-building and strategic reviews.
