SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING (US/EU MARKET)
Hiring Performance Marketing Global - Full-time · Onsite, Ho Chi Minh City
I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
PATI Group is targeting 20x growth within one year. We operate D2C e-commerce brands in international markets, and Paid Traffic is one of the three engines driving that goal.
This role owns the budget and scales the numbers. You will not be buried in manual work - provided you make full use of our AI ecosystem.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are not looking for someone to operate ad accounts on instruction. We are looking for someone to own a budget and answer for the numbers it produces.
Run and optimise US/EU budgets
Plan, launch and optimise Meta / Google / TikTok campaigns for our brands in the US and European markets
Own ROAS, CAC and LTV for the budget assigned to you
Decide daily what to cut, hold or scale, based on the data
Read creative through data
Analyse why an ad wins or loses, then brief the next round of tests on that conclusion
Work directly with our in-house Creative team to produce new variations - you do not wait for a brief from above
Build systems, not just run tasks
Standardise testing protocols, naming conventions and measurement so the next person can build on your work
Apply AI to reporting and analysis to shorten the time from data to decision
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required
Discipline and self-management: you do the right work, on time, and keep your commitments without being chased
Active self-learning: when something new comes up, you figure it out and get it working on your own
Numerical and logical thinking: you read a number and understand the problem; you decide on data, not instinct
English at IELTS 6.5 or above: you read primary sources and work with US/EU markets daily
Fluent in Meta and Google Ads Manager, able to read performance at both account and campaign level
Preferred
You have personally run large ad budgets and been accountable for revenue or profit - not simply executed instructions
Experience in US/EU markets, or in D2C / E-commerce
You use AI to work faster. Better still, you can build AI Agents to take over manual work
IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Income
Base salary from 25,000,000 VND, negotiable based on demonstrated capability after the interview
Performance bonus triggered by the ROAS you achieve and the LTV you sustain - not by subjective assessment

Training and progression
First 30 days: the Performance Lead works alongside you on every major decision. From week three you run independently, with weekly 1-on-1 reviews against a clear set of criteria - you know exactly where you stand, without waiting for an annual review
Internal courses on Gitiho · AI Academy · weekly AI Sharing every Friday
6 months: running an EU market independently · 12 months: owning multiple markets · 24 months: able to own the P&L of a business unit

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:30. Saturday morning 8:00 - 12:00 (paid as a full day).
