Job summary

We are currently hiring a Planning & Replenishment Staff to bring the conceptual drawings of the Packaging Designer to reality. This person will work with manufacturing partners, packaging suppliers to ensure the production of the final product according to the plan. They will coordinate with the Packaging Designer and Marketing team to ensure the quality of the final product.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the progress of orders with manufacturing partners, packaging suppliers, and label suppliers.

  • Search for and develop additional suppliers, packaging partners, and label partners. Contact, negotiate, and communicate with suppliers and factories regarding pricing and quality.

  • Control the inventory of packaging and labels to balance with production plans.

  • Coordinate with the product development department to work with functional food manufacturing factories, meeting requirements for product quality, cost, and timeline.

  • Consolidate data and report on the progress of customer orders, report on the quantity of finished products, inventory.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement and supply, with a focus on packaging, printing, or supplement manufacturing companies

  • Preferred experience includes placing orders, inventory balancing, and price negotiation with global suppliers on platform such as Alibaba, Thomas Net, or LinkedIn.

  • Knowledge of printing materials such as paper, plastic, and glass is required

  • The ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on the information available

  • Being adaptable and able to navigate through various scenarios and adjust plans as needed

  • Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.

  • A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, can run at least 20km/week.
