Job summary

The Community Team is looking for a new crew member who will help Discord's Community team on projects, including managing and engaging with our Discord Community servers! You'll play an important role in the improvement and expansion of our community programs.

About the Community - UGC Hub - An Ecosystem changes lives of aspiring creators through exclusive coaching and secret viral techniques on TikTok.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Discord servers for our established Community programs, including the Partner Program, and more

  • Shape the future of how we build trust and growth in new Community segments

  • Celebrate and surface the important feedback and incredible stories that come from our community

  • Manage on-brand Community events and activations throughout the year

  • Help establish how Discord engages with our members at scale

  • Lead experiments that help scale our community programs and their impact

  • Always promote optimization of process, tools, and teams for best program output

  • Set and track program performance goals through data measurement tools and dashboards

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.

  • 1+ years of experience in Community Management in NFT, Games

  • Experience using Discord, Twitter.

  • Strong leadership skills with ideally prior experience in managing outsourced agencies.

  • A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Salary and Benefits

  • 10.000.000 VND - 20.000.000 VND per month + incentive based on performance (negotiate)
