Job Summary
To stay ahead of the curve, we are building a future-focused team. We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Operations (CTO) to drive technology excellence and operational scalability across our fast-growing e-commerce business. This role is mission-critical in ensuring Revenue Growth & Scaling and Competitive Advantage Through Personalization.
The CTO will ensure stability, security, and innovation of all tech platforms, while championing cutting-edge AI and automation to keep us ahead of the curve.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform & Integration Support
Oversee and escalate issues across our e-commerce stack (Shopify, Pixels, OMS).
Ensure error-free checkout, promotions, and third-party app integrations to safeguard conversion.
Technical Escalation, Incident Response & Internal Systems Support
Act as the escalation point for Tier 1–3 issues across systems, devices, and applications.
Lead root cause analysis, permanent fixes, and documentation to prevent recurrences.
Respond rapidly to incidents and coordinate cross-team solutions.
Security Monitoring & Access Control
Enforce IT security protocols: role-based access, MFA, endpoint protection, and incident response.
Proactively monitor vulnerabilities and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
Cross-Platform Systems Integration
Lead IT projects involving CRM, OMS, internal dashboards, and automation workflows.
Optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Business Continuity & Outage Management
Investigate, log, and resolve outages affecting customer experience or internal productivity.
Manage office infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPN, network hardware).
Deliver RCA documentation and implement preventive infrastructure improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Competencies
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS), TypeScript.
Track record of technical excellence,…, achievements in math/CS contests (IOI, ACM-ICPC, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AI tools/applications (context engineering, vibe coding, MCP, Cursor, Claude Code).

Your Credentials
Education: Degree in Computer Science or related fields; ideally from University of Science & Technology or reputable foreign universities.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial technology role.
Solid background in Computer Science / Software Engineering.

Report directly to: CEO
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with 1-hour lunch break.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections - mind, body, and momentum aligned.
Working Location: 18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
