JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. This person will be trained to own the Recruitment life cycle as well as supporting the HRM to create an attractive working environment.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  • Provide administrative office support.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prefer people with HR degree but not a must.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
