Data analyst assistant
We are searching for an Data analyst assistant to handle the transactions according to the financial reporting system in order to ensure the accuracy of transactions and monitor the company's financial situation. This will be a suitable job for those who are interested in internal accounting and have a meticulous approach to work.
Job summary
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage, monitor, and perform audits on invoices and transaction records.
● Perform accounting for the company's transactions according to the financial reporting system.
● Prepare other financial reports as required.
● Store internal accounting data.
●Support monitoring of transactions, orders with the Fulfillment team and assist with other administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
● Ability to process and proficient in basic data synthesis functions in Excel.
● Knowledge of using Power BI is an advantage (training and on-job training can be provided as well as specialized courses).
● Ability to work in a dynamic, youthful environment, apply new management methods and technologies.
● Financial thinking and basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
● Good English reading comprehension skills as the majority of the company's environment is working and reading documents in English.
● Willing to challenge themselves, have a thirst for learning new things, and have a sense of self-discipline and problem-solving abilities.
